As much as we would like our products to hold up to all of life’s wear and tear, sometimes stuff happens. If any issues arise, your frames and lenses are covered under warranty for one year after delivery.
Lenses
Covered:
- Cracks, chips, or scratches
- Anti-reflective coating and photochromic film issues
Not covered:
- Changes outside the original lens order, including changing the lens type, color, or material, or prescription changes after 90 days
- Contact lenses
Frames
Covered:
- Replacing nose pads or screws
- Broken frames
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Changes outside the original frame order, including changing the frame style or color
- Lost or misplaced frames

Frame Replacement Information:
Occasionally, certain frames may be discontinued or no longer available from the manufacturer. If this happens, our Member Experience team will let you know and assist you with selecting a new frame of similar value for your replacement.
Please keep in mind that warranty replacements will be made with the exact same lens selections and upgrades used in your original order. We're here to help make the process as smooth as possible!
