As much as we would like our products to be perfect 100% of the time, sometimes things happen. That's why your frames and lenses are covered up to 1 year after delivery in case any issues arise.
Lenses
Covered:
- Cracks, chips or scratches
- Anti-reflective coating and photochromic film issues
Not covered:

Changes outside of the original lens order
- Changes to lens type, changes to lens color, etc
Frames
Covered:
- Replacing nose pads or screws
- Broken frames
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear

- Changes to frame style, changes to frame color, etc.
