At XP Health, we believe in transparent pricing. As an XP Health member, you benefit from direct-from-warehouse rates and exclusive discounts, ensuring no hidden fees or surprises when ordering your glasses and contacts.
1. Shopping experience: Your XP Health Marketplace will be customized based on your specific membership. The displayed price reflects the total you’d pay after applying your member discounts and any eyewear discount credits you have.
Your personalized member price is displayed for each frame or contact lens option in the XP Health Marketplace.
2. Customizations: Once you select your frame, you can choose various lens customization options. These include prescription and lens material upgrades. Any additional costs for these customizations are displayed with that option. Your order subtotal updates automatically as you go, so you can see the complete order cost before taxes and shipping.

3. Subtotal breakdown: Once you’ve finalized your selections, you'll see a breakdown of the subtotal, including your member discounts, at the bottom of the screen. Select the “ℹ” symbol for a detailed price breakdown.

4. Checkout process: Upon selecting 'CHECKOUT,' you'll see your total, including shipping and taxes. This total represents the amount you'll be charged. Your payment method will be charged when you submit your order.
