When it comes to your eyes, one size does not fit all. Supplying your Pupillary Distance (PD) measurement ensures your prescription lenses are centered correctly in your frames. We make it easy to send us your PD measurement — whether it’s for a single prescription or multifocal:
From your prescription
1. Taking your PD measurements is a part of your eye exam!
You can ask to ensure it’s printed on your prescription.
2. Add your PD measurements from your prescription when you upload your prescription or during the lens selection during the order process.

From our mailed multifocal kit
1. If you’ve indicated that you’re ordering multifocals, you will receive a kit that includes the frame you purchased and instructional card.
2. Wear the sample frames and take a picture of yourself looking straight into the camera roughly 3 to 4 feet away.
3. Make sure you are not looking in any other direction or tilting your head as this can impact your measurements.
If you’re too far away or too close, we may need to reach out and request a new picture.
4. From your orders page, choose 'SEE DETAILS' or the 'Provide measurements' alert on the order requiring PD measurements.
5. Click 'UPLOAD FILE' and select your photo. Hit 'SUBMIT'.
You will see a confirmation on the next page. If you do not see a confirmation, please contact our Concierge team.
