How to add your pupillary distance measurement from your prescription
1. Your eye doctor will measure your pupillary distance as a standard part of your eye exam. You can ask them to ensure your PD is printed on your prescription.
Pupillary distance is usually noted on your prescription in the PD field.
2. Add your PD measurement from your prescription when you upload your prescription or during the lens selection in the order process.

Add your pupillary distance when adding a new prescription after you select “Enter Manually” on the XP Health website.
On the XP Health website, you can also manually enter your pupillary distance if your prescription has already been uploaded.

How to add your pupillary distance measurement from our pupillary distance scan tool
1. From your orders page, choose 'SEE DETAILS' or the 'Provide measurements' alert on the order requiring measurements.
Select either option to start the pupillary distance scan tool.
2. Our digital PD scan tool measures your pupillary distance using your computer or phone camera. Select "START" to begin the scan.
